About Me

I was born in Annapolis, MD. My passion for cooking stems from my father. He was born in Italy and cooked Italian food his entire life. At a young age he showed me the sacrifices and effort it took to work in a kitchen

 

In 2012 my father passed away and my passion for food became my top priority. I got a job working at a fine dining restaurant near my house, named "The Severn Inn"

 

I started out as a busser, barback, until moving on to food runner. 

 

Once i was given the oppurtunity to prep food in the kitchen i never looked back.

 

2 years later I'm a student at the Culinary Institute of America and am learning everyday.
